Healing and Rebuilding Our Communities (HROC) is a program that began in 2003 which was designed to bring trauma healing and training to those who have experienced trauma from the Genocide against the Tutsi in 1994. Since 2003, the program curriculum has been adopted widely throughout the country and been utilized to assist people with all kinds of traumatic experiences.
